What is a capsule closet?
A capsule closet is an edited wardrobe of 10-50 items that mix and match interchangibly. Ideally, a capsule closet would be a curated collection of items that you love, use regularly, and that pair cohesively.
How to build a capsule closet
Certain articles of clothing considered to be closet staples (i.e. a pair of skinny jeans, a white tee, a pair of sneakers, etc.) are the foundations to a capsule closet. Sprinkle into this mix seasonal trends, accessories, and color for a personalized capsule closet. When considering items to include, try to imagine at least 3 ways to wear it before committing.
